The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped endocrine gland at the front of the neck, just below the larynx. It produces hormones that help regulate metabolism, growth, and many processes throughout the body.

We spent a lot of time hand-sculpting this piece, carefully shaping and refining the design.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
We sculpt the original by hand in our Swedish workshop. We make the mold, cast the pendant in lead-free pewter, and finish each one by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
