Processing Times

We usually ship your items within 1-2 Business Days (weekends and holidays not included) of receiving your order.

 

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide with our domestic post PostNord. Estimated shipping times may differ depending on what country you are in but here are some estimated shipping times:

United States: 6-8 Business Days

Australia & Canada: 8-10 Business Days

Germany 2-5 Business Days

Returns and Refunds

If you for any reasons do not want to keep the jewelry you have received, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we will be happy to help you with the return. Please keep in mind that we expect the returned item to be unused and unworn. Buyers pay for return shipping.

 

Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes that may apply. The limit of what you can import will differ based on your country of residence. As an example the United States has a limit of 800 USD before one has to pay import taxes.

This Privacy Policy describes when and how we use, collect and share information when you decide to to buy from our online store or contact us / use our services in any other way.


Please note that this Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not have any control over, including Shopify or any third party services you access through Shopify.

To fulfil your order you must provide us with certain information that we need in order to complete both the transaction and the shipping of the order. This includes:

What product/s you are ordering
Any additional information you have decided to share with us in order to customize an order

Information Sharing


In order to fulfil an order it is necessary that we share this information with certain parties, such as:


Shopify. We share information with our web shop provider Shopify as necessary to provide you with our services.

PostNord. We ship with our domestical shipping service PostNord, and in order to fulfil an order it is necessary that we share certain information such as your name, postal address, post code, country of residence and sometimes phone number in order to create the shipping label that is needed to complete a shipment.

Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Google Analytics.

Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.
