Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, regardless of your location.

To exercise your right to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing produkter@farjil.se. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Please include your order number or other information that helps us identify your purchase.

Please package returned jewelry securely to prevent damage during shipping. You may examine the item as you would in a physical store. Where permitted by law, we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

For customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, we refund the price of the returned goods and, when the entire order is cancelled, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.

For customers outside the EU/EEA exercising our voluntary 14-day return policy, the original shipping cost is normally non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a defect, please contact us at produkter@farjil.se.

Please include your order details and a description of the problem. Photos can be helpful when available.

We will help resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Right of Withdrawal Form

You may notify us of your decision to withdraw from a purchase by email or by using the model withdrawal form below. Use of the form is optional.

Cancel or Return an Order

You can submit a cancellation or return request through our customer account page.

Enter your email address to receive a one-time sign-in code, then select your order and follow the instructions.

You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing us at produkter@farjil.se. Your statutory rights are not dependent on our approval of a return request.
