A vertebra inspired by the enormous skeleton of the blue whale. This piece is deliberately left unoxidized, allowing the hand-polished pewter surface to keep a lighter, cleaner appearance.
The Design
The pendant is based on the distinctive architecture of a whale vertebra, with its openings and structural proportions creating an organic, almost sculptural shape.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
We create the original design and cast it in lead-free pewter in our Swedish workshop. Unlike most of our pewter pieces, this one is not oxidized; we hand-polish the surface to keep its natural brightness.
