The Design
The whole nutmeg has a compact, irregular surface rather than a perfectly smooth sphere. That natural roughness gives the pendant its character and helps distinguish it from a generic round charm.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
The original specimen is used to make the mold, allowing us to preserve its natural form in the finished pendant. We cast the piece in lead-free pewter and finish it by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
