The first rib is the uppermost rib in the ribcage, positioned just beneath the clavicles at the base of the neck. It helps form the upper boundary of the chest and contributes to protecting structures at the top of the thorax.

We hand-sculpted this piece with a lot of care, taking time to shape and refine the design.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
We sculpt the original by hand in our Swedish workshop. We make the mold, cast the pendant in lead-free pewter, and finish each one by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
