A three-dimensional pendant based on the human liver, sculpted by us by hand and cast in lead-free pewter.
The Design
The liver has a broad, asymmetric form with distinct lobes and subtle changes in contour. We shaped the pendant to retain those characteristic proportions, giving it a recognizable anatomical appearance even at this small scale.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
The original design is sculpted by us by hand in our Swedish workshop. We cast the piece in lead-free pewter and finish it by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
