A three-dimensional peanut pendant cast from an actual natural specimen. We make the mold from the original peanut to preserve its characteristic shape and textured shell.
The Design
The paired rounded sections and deeply textured shell give the peanut its unmistakable form. Those organic contours remain visible across the small three-dimensional pendant.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
The original specimen is used to make the mold, allowing us to preserve its natural form in the finished pendant. We cast the piece in lead-free pewter and finish it by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
