A three-dimensional shark tooth pendant cast from an actual natural specimen. We make the mold from the original tooth to preserve its distinctive triangular profile and natural surface.
The Design
The tooth's simple, functional shape is what makes it so recognizable, from the broad base to the tapering tip.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
The original specimen is used to make the mold, allowing us to preserve its natural form in the finished pendant. We cast the piece in lead-free pewter and finish it by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
