The human heart is a muscular organ in the chest that pumps blood through the circulatory system. It works continuously to deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues and to carry blood back through the lungs and the rest of the body.
The Design
We spent a lot of time carefully hand-sculpting and refining this version of the anatomical heart, with its more prominent blood vessels.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
We sculpt the original by hand in our Swedish workshop. We make the mold, cast the pendant in lead-free pewter, and finish each one by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
