The Design
We wanted the surface to show as many of the heart's visible vessels and branching structures as possible. The result is a densely detailed anatomical design rather than a simplified heart symbol.
Made by Us, From Sculpture to Finish
The original design is sculpted by us by hand in our Swedish workshop. We cast the piece in lead-free pewter and finish it by hand. The surface is oxidized to bring out the details, then polished by hand.
